One day I was walkin to my paddle lesson with pablo, my frien. We were talking about what we were going to do in summer but suddenly I found something black on the right side of the road, just in the pavement where we were.
I picke it and checked what was inside it. Pablo said nothing at all. To my surprise I found out that there were a lot of notes inside. Pablo,surprised, asked me how much monew was there and I answered that i didn't know. I counted it. There were 20 notes of 50€, 1000€ in total. We wento somewhere where people couldn't see or hear us and we started discussing.
Pablo asked ,very worried, "What are we going to do with all that money" and I quickly answered that I was going to keep it and aslo explained him that he could also kee half of it but he had to keep the secret and don't tell anyone. I also added that we couldn't spend it in a sigle time, we would have to spend it little by little. He agreed
Noone has never known about it, even if pablo felt a bit worried after that he didn't tell anyone our secret. In my case I felt really happy beacise for once in my live i was lucky.
Last week, I was with my friends in a park relaxing, becouse we had finished the school year when suddenly I saw a envelope, I took it and I saw that the envelope had €1000. I went with my friends to told they what just had happened.
My friend Pedro said that we could get €200 everyone, and then my friend Francisco told us that we had to give that money to the police. I didn´t want to give the money, becouse I saw the money and I wanted it Otrer friend, Raul, said that the money could be from the Bank that were in the other street. 5 minutes later came an older man that told us that the money would be him.
Then we didn´t no what we had to do and we go to the police station and we gave the money to the police. I think that we had done the best thing that we can do.
A few days ago, my friend and me came back very tired train.We were going to get on the bus but suddenly we saw something strange on the floor, that was small and brown.
My friend caught it, that was an envelope. We decided to see how much money there was in the envelope. We saw that there was $1000 and we decided to divide the money, and each one would take $500. Suddenly an older woman told us that we should see who was in the envelope, we said that the enevelope had $1000. She convinced us that we should give the envelope with the money to police because money could be of someone poor who had lost the little money he had.
We went to the police station and we gave the Briefcase with the money. We felt good to help someone who had lost a lot of money.
Last week happened something very strange to me and my friend Marc. We were walking home down the street when I saw an envelope next to a bin, we got near to it and Marc picked it up. Inside it there were €1000.
Marc told me to keep it and spend the money in stuff for us. I refused to do it because it´s unmoral, so he tried to convince me. He complained and started shouting me. A girl came to see what happen because of the noise we were making. She adviced us to keep the money because the envelope has no name written on it so the police wouldn´t be able to find the owner. Those words were true so they convinced me to keep the money.
In the end, I think it wasn't a very good action but I wasn't sure if the money was going to find his owner; so I kept it. In fact, I think it was the best I could do. PD: We had to buy that girl a laptop.
Two months ago, i went with a friend to the park. But along the way we found a backpack with 1.000€ inside.
I said why do not we stayed, but he told me that other people needed it more than us. I wanted that money,but I decided that what I said was the best option.
As we continue walking, we saw a poor person in the street, and we decided to give the backpack with the money to the person. We feel very good
That happened a few months ago, but i can remember it clearly. I was with a friends eating on a restaurant. We were talking and talking but, in the end of the evening, my friend and me were tired, and we decided to go home. We were walking through the street and then i saw the envelope on the floor.
I caught the envelope and i opened it. That was when i saw the money. "Look at this!" I shouted. My friend was so surpirsed like me.

The other day something amazing happened to me, I was with my friend Steve, We have been watching a film really interesting at home and we thought it would be a great idea if we had something to eat so we were walking down the street looking for a good restaurant. Steve said something funny that I can´t remember when I fell down the street, when I looked back searching what thing had make me fall there was an envelope with 1000 euros inside. Steve told me that we could divide the money and each one would do what he wants with his part but I convinced him to give it to the police because I didn´t want to get in trouble, so we did it then. Few weeks later the police gave us the money back as anybody have asked for it. Finally we bought a new amazing TV where we actually watch lots of films, we did the right thing and we have lived a great experience.

Some days ago I was walking with my friend Matt and suddenly we found a envelope, Matt asked me to open the envelope, and I did it. We found 1.000 € inside. We were very happy, because Matt´s parents were unemployed, and I decided give him all the money we found.

Some days ago i was with one of my friends, Carlos, we were goint to see a football match, suddenly at the entrance of the stadium we saw something on the floor, there were 2 notes of 500€. We took the money and we didn't care about the match.
Carlos told me that we had to carry the money to the police, but probably the police had nothing to do with the money, they would keep it for themselves. Then i said that we could go to the shopping centre and buy all the things we wanted.

Yesterday I was walking down a creepy and lonely street with my friend Lidia when I saw something on the ground. It looked like a piece of paper, I was curious and I wanted to have a close look at it. When I picked it up from the ground, I realized that it was an envelope.
It was a big brown envelope but not very heavy. I wanted to know what was inside but we weren’t sure if it was right to open it.
After some discussion we decided to open it in case the address of the owner was inside so we would be able to give the envelope back to him or her.

The other day, i was with a friend because we had to go to a basketball training and when we were going he told me that were a develope behind me and for our surprise it had 1000€. When i saw it we decided to wait for the next bus if someone would back to find the but it was to late and we must go and nobody had came. Last week my friend and me were going to the cinema. When we were in the cinema my friend went to the toilet. A few months ago, on a cold winter afternoon, I had to take a really important decision. All started when I was with my friends Lucy and we were walking down the street, it had been raining recently and the ground was wet. We’re going to her house when, suddenly, we found a red envelope next to a puddle.
For our surprise, there was 1000€ inside the envelope! We were looking for a name or address but there was only the money. My friend, really excited, told me that we could divide the money. In can’t believe my lucky and on one hand I wanted to keep the money, but I didn’t think it was right. So, finally, I tried to persuade her to carry the money to the police station. I told her if we didn’t give back the money we would feel guilty later, and at the end she agreed.
Some minutes later we were at the police station, where a young police told us that one hour before a man who looked like very worried, asked if they had found a red envelope with 1000€. Also the police admitted that he hadn’t thought in the possibility of find the money and remind us we had taken a really good decision. Actually we don’t know if the money was be found by his owner, but we know that we did right.
When my friend Maria and I left school last week we decided to go to a different site every day and one day we went to a park near our homes. On a bench there was an envelope and when I opened it I saw that there was 1000 € inside.

After this, I told all my friend with the whatsapp that it was a copy and the painter was pay the copyright. And now, we are so calm because we are sure thta it's not illegal.

I asked Elvira to take it so as to check what it contained. At first we realized that the name of a person and a telephone number was written on top of it. She asked me what we could do with it. Something curious happened to me last week. I was in the street, road to school, suddenly I found a little and estrange box on the floor. I was scared to take it, because I thought that it could be a bomb, or someone´s property, but I decided to pick it up. We thought about it and my cousin told me to give the man the tickets because we would be able to go later. I told her not to do that because this man didn´t look good to me and gave me the impression that he was a scammer. So, we decided to enter into the concert and have fun. The following morning I saw on the news that the police arrested a group of scammers close to the stadium in which the concert was. At the end we decided to take the money to the police, the policeman was really friendly and he told us that he would give the money back to the owner
Yesterday I went to the shopping with my friend,we were watching many shops and we bought t-shirt, jeans and shoes. At two p.m. we were too tired and we were walking at home. In the road I saw an envelope than I opened it and I saw 1000€. My friend said me to take that money, but after few times thinking I said my friend: I have to give it to the police and she asked me why and then she insisted me if you took the money you would bought many things. But I knew that this isn’t right so I went to the police and i explained them what was happened, than I gave them the money and they said me thanks. After that my friend told I was right and she was very happy for me.
Last Saturday, I went shopping with Marta, when we entered the costumes from a store, with dresses that were going to prove, when inside the tester, there was a bag with a portfolio inside that held 1,000 €, good heavens! I thought .. with € 1,000 you can do lots of things, if we divide the money, we would have € 500 between Martha and me. After spending some time thinking ... had in mind that with that money could buy a lot of clothes, shoes, pretty dresses. But upon reflection we decided that that was not right, that money could be from someone who really needed it and not just a whim and decided to return to the police that the money was not ours. Days later, the police called us saying he appreciated our work, as the owner of the money had arrived and it turned out that the money was for a good cause. Alicia López Herráez 4ºA
Last week I felt really lucky. I was in the city center hanging out with my friends, suddenly we found a big and unusual bag. We didn’t know what to do, while we were talking about it, Fran , one of my friends told us to open the bag and watch inside it. Ramon said that he prefered to let the bag on the floor. We were discussing about it for 20 minutes, after that we decided to open the bag. For our surprise inside the bag there were 500.000 €. I asked what to do and they all told me that we should give out the money . I didn’t think that this was a great idea and I told them to carry the bag to a lost property office. They accepted my porpuse but they also wanted some money. Alex said that we could take 1.000€ each one and then take the bag to the office. We all agreed whit his idea so that´s what we did. ReplyDeleteWe were talking about what we were going to do in summer but suddenly I found something black on the right side of the road, just in the pavement where we were.
I picke it and checked what was inside it. Pablo said nothing at all. To my surprise I found out that there were a lot of notes inside. Pablo,surprised, asked me how much monew was there and I answered that i didn't know. I counted it. There were 20 notes of 50€, 1000€ in total. We wento somewhere where people couldn't see or hear us and we started discussing.
Pablo asked ,very worried, "What are we going to do with all that money" and I quickly answered that I was going to keep it and aslo explained him that he could also kee half of it but he had to keep the secret and don't tell anyone. I also added that we couldn't spend it in a sigle time, we would have to spend it little by little. He agreed
Noone has never known about it, even if pablo felt a bit worried after that he didn't tell anyone our secret. In my case I felt really happy beacise for once in my live i was lucky.
Last week, I was with my friends in a park relaxing, becouse we had finished the school year when suddenly I saw a envelope, I took it and I saw that the envelope had €1000.

5 minutes later came an older man that told us that the money would be him.
Then we didn´t no what we had to do and we go to the police station and we gave the money to the police.
I think that we had done the best thing that we can do.

A few days ago, my friend and me came back very tired train.We were going to get on the bus but suddenly we saw something strange on the floor, that was small and brown.

We saw that there was $1000 and we decided to divide the money, and each one would take $500. Suddenly an older woman told us that we should see who was in the envelope, we said that the enevelope had $1000.
She convinced us that we should give the envelope with the money to police because money could be of someone poor who had lost the little money he had.
We went to the police station and we gave the Briefcase with the money.
We felt good to help someone who had lost a lot of money.

Last week happened something very strange to me and my friend Marc.
ReplyDeleteWe were walking home down the street when I saw an envelope next to a bin, we got near to it and Marc picked it up. Inside it there were €1000.
Marc told me to keep it and spend the money in stuff for us. I refused to do it because it´s unmoral, so he tried to convince me.
He complained and started shouting me.
A girl came to see what happen because of the noise we were making. She adviced us to keep the money because the envelope has no name written on it so the police wouldn´t be able to find the owner. Those words were true so they convinced me to keep the money.
In the end, I think it wasn't a very good action but I wasn't sure if the money was going to find his owner; so I kept it. In fact, I think it was the best I could do.
PD: We had to buy that girl a laptop.

Two months ago, i went with a friend to the park. But along the way we found a backpack with 1.000€ inside.
ReplyDeleteI said why do not we stayed, but he told me that other people needed it more than us. I wanted that money,but I decided that what I said was the best option.
As we continue walking, we saw a poor person in the street, and we decided to give the backpack with the money to the person. We feel very good

That happened a few months ago, but i can remember it clearly. I was with a friends eating on a restaurant. We were talking and talking but, in the end of the evening, my friend and me were tired, and we decided to go home.

I caught the envelope and i opened it. That was when i saw the money.
"Look at this!" I shouted. My friend was so surpirsed like me.
In that moment, i started to think. A couple of minutes later i said: "We can give the money to the people who needs it more than us". She said, "it's a good idea".
After that, we continue walking, but now we were thinking to give all the money to the charity.
"I know. It's the right thing". I thought.

ReplyDeleteThe other day something amazing happened to me, I was with my friend Steve, We have been watching a film really interesting at home and we thought it would be a great idea if we had something to eat so we were walking down the street looking for a good restaurant.
ReplyDeleteSteve said something funny that I can´t remember when I fell down the street, when I looked back searching what thing had make me fall there was an envelope with 1000 euros inside.
Steve told me that we could divide the money and each one would do what he wants with his part but I convinced him to give it to the police because I didn´t want to get in trouble, so we did it then.
Few weeks later the police gave us the money back as anybody have asked for it.
Finally we bought a new amazing TV where we actually watch lots of films, we did the right thing and we have lived a great experience.

Some days ago I was walking with my friend Matt and suddenly we found a envelope, Matt asked me to open the envelope, and I did it. We found 1.000 € inside. We were very happy, because Matt´s parents were unemployed, and I decided give him all the money we found.
ReplyDeleteMatt told me crying that I was his best friend, in this moment I was very satisfied. We decided go to Matt´s house to tell the news to the Matt´s parents. They told me that Matt was very fortunate to have a very good friend like me.
When I arrived home I told to my parents what happened, and they told me that it was the best that I could do. I felt very happy and Matt thanked me for what I did.

Last week, I was with Justin walking through one of the many parks in Toronto.
ReplyDeleteIt was a lovely afternoon, but suddenly, I picked up from the grass an envelope with 1.000 dolars inside it. Next to the dolars, there was a note "Take to the bank, as soon as possible".
Then Justin looked at me, and he said me that we had to carry the envelope to the nearest police office. I asked him what way could us choose. After he turned on his mobile phone and immediately he was connected to google maps. So we searched the police office and went there.
When we entered in the police office, there was a old man crying, because he lost his envelope... and the most important thing was, that the money was going to be for her daughter, (Actually, she is without job). The man looked us and started smiling. "Oh My God" He said. "Thank you, thank you so much kids!!"
Well, after that, my feelings were like when you help somebody that needs you too much. I will never forget this day with Justin and the envelope. Such and awesome and productive day!

Last friday I was walking in the sreet with some friends, when we saw an envelope on the ground, in the middle of the road. I got off the paviment, and ran to catch it before the cars came. Once I went back with them, we decided to open it.
ReplyDeleteSurprisigly, the envelope contained one thousand euros inside. Jess said if we could go to a shopping centre to buy some expensive gifts ourselves. But Jack, a very sensitive guy, told us not to expend it because it wasn’t ours. After ten minutes discussing what to do with the money, I convinced them to give the envelope to the police so that we wouldn’t get into trouble with its owner.
Some weeks later, I had a call of a man called Louis, who had let many envelopes in the Street to find out how fair the people really are. He said he was proud of us, and invited us to visit him one day at the university of California, where he works.
Nowadays we feel that we did it allright giving the envelope back to Louis. Next month we’re visiting him during a lecture he’s doing for the university students. We made a good decision! Miguel Ramos 4ºA
Some days ago i was with one of my friends, Carlos, we were goint to see a football match, suddenly at the entrance of the stadium we saw something on the floor, there were 2 notes of 500€. We took the money and we didn't care about the match.
ReplyDeleteCarlos told me that we had to carry the money to the police, but probably the police had nothing to do with the money, they would keep it for themselves. Then i said that we could go to the shopping centre and buy all the things we wanted.
Finally he accepted my idea and we went to the nearest shopping centre, it was a really cool chance for buy all the things we ever wanted.

Something amazing happened to me the other day. I was walking in the street with my cousin when he looked under a car and he saw an envelope, he opened it and he found 1000 €. We were surprised, we never had much money.

I wanted to give the money to the police but he was not convinced. We argued a lot of time but finally we took a decisión. We decided to return the money to the police.
A few days later we received a call, just in this moment I was with my cousin. The man who called was the man who had lost the 1000 €, he called to thank us and invite us to eat.

Next day , i told my friend that i found an envelope with €1000 and i don’t know what to do.
really where did you find the envelope ? she asked , and i said that i found the envelope near my house. What do you think ? i asked , she said that i should spent the money buying things , but i said it is not mine and she said she doesn't know , i can spent or gave it to the police.
In the end , i gave the money to the police. It was a good experience . I felt that I'd done the right thing .

Last week, when school had finished, my friend and I were coming home. Suddenly we found an envelope in the street. We were looking if there was someone but we saw no one. I caught the envelope and I looked inside, and there was 1,000€. I was shocked. We were thinking about what we can do with it.
ReplyDelete'Why we don't keep the envelope?' my friend asked. 'We have to give it to the police' I said. 'But we can spend the money in whatever we want' my friend insisted. 'I think that it isn't right, now someone is looking for this envelope and probably is worried' I remembered. 'Ok, let's go to the police station' he agreed.
Finally, we went to the police station and we gave the envelope and there was the owner of it. He thanked us for finding the envelope. In the end, he gave us 10€ as a reward.

Yesterday I was walking down a creepy and lonely street with my friend Lidia when I saw something on the ground. It looked like a piece of paper, I was curious and I wanted to have a close look at it. When I picked it up from the ground, I realized that it was an envelope.
ReplyDeleteIt was a big brown envelope but not very heavy. I wanted to know what was inside but we weren’t sure if it was right to open it.
After some discussion we decided to open it in case the address of the owner was inside so we would be able to give the envelope back to him or her.
We were really surprised to find 1000€ inside, but there was no address. Lidia told me to keep the money; she said that if that person needed the money he would have put his address on it. I thought that wasn’t right so I told her that I was going to take the envelope to the police station, but she really wanted some of that money. She tried to persuade me to get some of it, but I refused to do so.
She complained about my decision all the way to the station and she insisted that I was wrong. However, I explained to her that if we didn’t give the money back we would feel really guilty later on and I asked her to be reasonable. Finally she agreed with my decision.
When we arrived at the police station to hand in the envelope the police officer told us that the owner had already reported the loss and he had offered to give 100€ to the person who found it.
In the end Lidia was happy and I invited her to eat an ice-cream, after all we had made the right decision and both of us felt proud.

A few days ago, I was in a concert of Muse and I saw in the ground an envelope with one thousand euros inside i didn´t believe and I told to my friend to give me a kick to see if it was true.

Last saturday I was with my sister Ana, in Preciados Street shopping, when Ana found a envelope on the floor. She caught it and openned it.
ReplyDeleteAna told me 'Wait, I have found an envelope with €1000' and I said 'Oh my god, how much money' Ana was very surprise, and asked me ' what can we doing?' I told her 'we have to go to police'. Ana and I looked for a police man and we were thinking in the person who had lost the money, this person would be very worried for our actitude, he was very grateful.
When we arrived home, my mother was very proud, of us. She said that it's increíble the someone can lose some much money.
When I was in the bed, I was thinking about the story and thought that the person would be very happy for recover the money.

One year ago, when i was thirteen, and the first time in my live I was lucky.
ReplyDeleteA normal day, like fridays, I was coming back to my house with my best friend after eat in a fast food restaurant. We were talking of stupid things, but, a moment before cross a road, Peter asked me what was the thing that there were near a dustbin; it was a little packet with a name and a direction, but it was open, so his propietor had readed the card and he didn't like it... we could read it. When i was going to read the card, I saw a lot of money. I was surprised and I count all, it was more less 1000 Euros!.
Peter was nervous and he asked me what we should do. I was thinking a lot of time, but finally, I had the answer! I told him that we should give it to the police... but he wasn't agree, and he proposed that we could divided the 1000€ in two equal parts and 500€ to me, and 500€ to him. I was agree, so we did it.
When I was in my house, with 500€ more in the bank, I was thinking, and I saw that I was really lucky this day, and I shuold say thanks for it, so, the next day, I gave 250 of my 500€ to a social fundation. After this little thing, i was really more happy than the before day, and I decided bought a present to my parents.

Tom:we bok the book taht Alice needed and we went home again.The book was interesting so I sat on my bed and opening the book , surprise!! there were a bill of 1000 pounds! it was wonderfull.
Suddenly my sister come into my room.

She closed her eyes and said: If t had a lot of money I would buy many dresses ,shoes , rings , bags many perfume for our mother and a grea gift for dad.
I said: I would buy all the money in one day .I would buy anything that I haven't.I woluld go to a place where no one knew me.
Alice told me:If I were a rich girl I would boy a big dog and I would go whit my dog everywhere.
Suddenly my mother entered and answered: What are you doing?She told us that if we don't finish our taskes we wouldn't go to the cinema but my sister said:Wait a minute mum!!
they we told the study.I said that when went to the library we found the book thet my sister needed but it had got a littel surprise .It cont ained a bill of 100 pound.
We told my mother that we had thought to share the money between us,and we told her the things we wanted to buy but she did not agre and she said;
"I think you ougnt to take money to the church the next sunday , there are people who need that money more than you".
My sister and I thought it was a great idea!

Few weeks ago , I was riding in cicle with some of mt friends in the park when I saw an envelope, I decided to open it, and than I saw 1000€ inside it. In that moment I felt that I am very lucky ,when my friends said it just like you had won tha lottery but a few minuites later an old man came , and asked us ¿ Did you seen an white envelope ?

I felt a bit sad for that man when one of my friend told him I hadn't seen anything. and tha old man asked me ¿ Did you seen it ?
Then I said yes, I HAD FOUND IT WHEN i was riding here. Here you have , I said.
The old man smiled and said I wouldn't have had words for how to thank you. I answered him witha smile , and I really felt very good and I was proud of myself.

ReplyDeleteLast Sunday, I was walking around Santiago Bernabéu with my friend Charlie to saw the sensations of the people who were going to watch the Real Madrid's match against Barcelona. Suddenly I saw an envelope on the floor.
ReplyDeleteThen I showed the enveloped to my friend and we decided to opened it. It was incredible, the enveloped contained two tickets to the match in the first row. Charlie told me that we had to enter in the Stadium quickly, but I was a bit unsafe. What we had to do? I stopped for a minute and I thought that... It was the best match! I told to my friend that we had to see and enjoy with this match, and we entered to Santiago Bernabeu.
When I was at home after the match, I stopped to thought a bit, Real Madrid won 3-0 to Barcelona, I think I chose the best option!

ReplyDeleteWhen we go out of the shop berska my friend Carla saw a envelope in the floor and she tell me that there were a envelope in the floor and I caught the envelope, I opened and OH MY GOD! On the envelope there were money, a lot of money exact 1000 $
When I saw the money I felt very happy but for other part I felt guilty because the money was of one person, Carla told me that we should give the envelope to the police , and I said that I should think about it.
I arrive to my house and I talked with my mum she told me the same that my friend Carla said.
At the next day I talk again with Carla and we decided to go to the police and give the money , but she told me before, that she wanted a little of money for bought clothes and I said that I liked de idea, so we caught 100 $ every one.
with this 100$ we bought a lot of clothes, especially dresses.
At the end we went to the police, and we said to the police that we found this envelope with 800$ and the police told we thanks for your help
After we give the envelope I felt good because we given the money to the police, but a little guilty because we stole 200$

Last week I was in the park with a classmate playing football. I kicked the ball very hard and it went far away. The ball was between some plants and when I was picking it up, I saw an envelope.
ReplyDeleteWe opened it, there were 1,000 pounds inside. I thought that we had been very lucky because if we hadn´t gone to the park, we wouldn´t have found the money. But my friend said that we couldn´t take the money because it was too much, we had to go give it to the police.
“We can´t go to the police station now, it´s too late. Why don´t I keep the money and tomorrow we will go to the police?” I said.
The next day I told my friend I was very sorry because my dog had eaten all the money. It was a lie, I hadn´t got a dog and I had spent all the money on toys.
After that, I felt guilty about it and I donated the toys to charity and I told my friend the truth.

The other day my friend Juan was coming home, I was with him when I realized that there was something in the ground. I saw that it was a yellow envelope with the strange seal and I took it.

I ran to tell this to Juan.I told him that in the envelope there was a lot of money and I asked what we could do.
He said me that it was our little secret. But I thought that it wasn't right and I convinced him to deal the money with the more people. He agreed.
We decided say it more people and when they heard it, they felt happy.
It had been a long and rainy day. I was with James,we were all the day looking for a red dress and a nice suit jacket. At the end of the day we had found what we were looking for. But before that we took a break and we ate in an Italian restaurant. After we entered in a lot of shops,but at last,I saw an incredible dress,so I entered to the fitting room.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was trying the dress on I could see an envelope on the corner. I caught the envelope..when I opened it I could see that I had found an envelope with one thousand euros inside! The first thing I did was call james.
When he was with me he asked if everything was right! And I told him what I had found. He was shocked but then he spoke..He asked me If I had seen the person who was entered before me and I told him that I hadn't seen anything..then he asked me what I was planning to do with the money and I told him that I was planning to keep the money in my bag. I asked him what was he thinking and he told me that he was thinking exactly the same.. So I kept the money in my wallet.
When we arrived at home we decided that this would be our secret.
It wasn't a good experience because then we started to feel guilty..because at last we had spend all the money.

Yesterday,I was walking home with my brother when I saw something strange on the floor. It was small but you could see it far away because it was black and brilliant. It was an envelope!
ReplyDeleteI was so curious so I caught it. my brother was not agree with me but when I told him that the envelope had around €1000 inside he became happy. After that we arrived home and we counted the money, by our surprise there was more than €1000!
We thought about how to do with the money…he said that he needed the money to pay the university but I needed the money to buy clothes. We had an argument and finally we decided to give the money to charity . that was because my mother had been arrived home and she said us not to use the money in silly reasons.
At the end of the story we went to a church and we paid all the materials for poor people. It was a good experience for our lives, I won’t forget it.

Last week, when I was in the library with Anne looking for a book, I found an envelope with 1000 euro in it.I was so surprised and I can't stop staring inside the envelope until Anne came.
ReplyDeleteAt first, i didn't told her about the envelope. But then, she noticed that I was quiet. She asked me what i was thinking, and I told her that I've found an envelope with 1000 euro in it. She was also surprised, she told me that we could buy many dress with that money.
When I got home, I thought of it several times and I have decided to give it to a charity. I called her to tell that I decided to give it to a charity and she told me she was impressed with my decision. I told my parents what I did and they were also impressed, they said that I might forget the envelope and 1000 euro, but what I won't ever forget was the decision i maid.
One day i was walking with my frind to one beautiful place when we found €1.000 how we not be sure what happend with the money we prepared one solution.

He decided to open it, inside were bills that sum up to 1000$. We were shocked. My friends told me that he couldn't believe.I asked him what we should do. He answered that we should return it to the pólice officer. But I reffused and then suggested we split it in half and go shopping that money.
We didn't tell anybody about the money and went shopping.

On Saturday I was talking to the school with my friend Pablo. We were talking abaut our math's exman, she thought that he had passed it as well as me. We were planning to go to a restaurant if we really passed it, when suddenly happened: i found an envelope with € 1000 inside on the floor.

And he said: 'Oh, where have you found it?'
And I replied: 'Under that tree'
My friend told me that the best option would be not to say anything and keep it. How ever, I thought that it would be better to given it to the police.
In the end, we decided to keep the money, but on the way home, three people stol it from us. When we went through the park, they cornered us beside a tree. We shoud have given the money to the police in the first place.

ReplyDeleteWhen we finished the rest keep running, suddenly I dropped the watch I was wearing and fell next to some papers with a rubber band around, the bend, I enter curius to know what that was, I take out the rubber and saw that it was 1000 €. At the first we were surprised and then think what to do with the 1000 €, and in the end we all decided to use them to make a trip to Valencia.

Last Tuesday I was with my friend John when something amazing happened. We were leaving a concert and I saw an strange paper under a bench, so I took it. It was an envelope, and I am curious, so I opened it.
ReplyDelete'Wow! Look at this!', I exclaimed.
'What the hell is that?' my friend asked, surprised.
I think it was normal, because the envelope contained €1,000. My friend and I started to think how we could spend the money, but a few minutes later we felt guilty. It wasn't our money, and we were sure that their owner would miss it.
Then we walked to the police office more near to the enclosure of the concert, and at this way we returned the money. Two days later a policeman called to my house, and he said that the owner was appeared and he wanted to give us the 10% of the money.
We had done the right thing and now we have €100... that's an awesome experience!

ReplyDeleteAt first I felt nervous, but then I told him that we could give it to the police or keep it for ourselves. He answered me that we should give it to the police.
We went to the police station and gave the envelope to a police officer.
I told this story to my mother before; she told me that she was proud of me.
In the end I also felt proud of myself; it is a really good story to tell to my friends and to my future sons.

A few months ago, on a cold winter afternoon, I had to take a really important decision.
ReplyDeleteAll started when I was with my friends Lucy and we were walking down the street, it had been raining recently and the ground was wet.
We’re going to her house when, suddenly, we found a red envelope next to a puddle.
For our surprise, there was 1000€ inside the envelope! We were looking for a name or address but there was only the money.
My friend, really excited, told me that we could divide the money. In can’t believe my lucky and on one hand I wanted to keep the money, but I didn’t think it was right. So, finally, I tried to persuade her to carry the money to the police station. I told her if we didn’t give back the money we would feel guilty later, and at the end she agreed.
Some minutes later we were at the police station, where a young police told us that one hour before a man who looked like very worried, asked if they had found a red envelope with 1000€. Also the police admitted that he hadn’t thought in the possibility of find the money and remind us we had taken a really good decision.
Actually we don’t know if the money was be found by his owner, but we know that we did right.

When my friend Maria and I left school last week we decided to go to a different site every day and one day we went to a park near our homes. On a bench there was an envelope and when I opened it I saw that there was 1000 € inside.
ReplyDeleteWhen we got home we sat at the table to talk about the envelope and the money. Maria said that we had to return the envelope because it had an ID in it. I thought it was better to keep some money, maybe €100 or €200 each, as we might need it later.
My friend told me that the man who had lost the envelope would need the money more than we would. My friend convinced me to take the envelope to the commissioner for the owner to retrieve. Later we went to the police station to give the envelope back.
We arrived at the police station and explained everything to the police. My friend was very proud that she had changed my mind and told me we had done the right thing by not keeping the money. Five days later the police called my friend. She told me that the owner of the envelope had said that thank you very much for taking the envelope to the police.

Last friday, I went with all my friends, how all the fridays. But this time we went to the art gallery for the first time, and suddenly we saw a painting of Plablo Picasso.

After, we went to the McDonald, we talked about the painting and they asked "was it a copy of the real painting?", because it was strange and we were surprised.
Two hours later I went home and I asked to my mother that "if was a copy". And she said me "yes, of course but is normal because they pay the copyright".
After this, I told all my friend with the whatsapp that it was a copy and the painter was pay the copyright. And now, we are so calm because we are sure thta it's not illegal.

ReplyDeleteI met a friend, who told me that they were going to stay at home, watching a film. She asked me if I would like to go with them. I answered her: “Sure, I go at your home at seven o´clock”.
2 minutes later… When I was coming back at home, I found a lot of money in a bag(1000$ more or less), near the park. I didn´t know what I had to do, and nobody was there. So I decided to take it and to go with it at the police station to give them (because these money was not mine). But suddenly, two men with masks, crossed the street, and then they came to me, and kidnapped me. I was scared. But for my surprise, they left me ten minutes later.
I was in shock. I didn´t know what had happened. When finally, I arrived at home, my friends were there. And I discovered that they had prepared me a strange joke ( that supposedly is typical in the American weddings…) to not see the real surprise that they were preparing a party because they had bought us plane tickets for a trip around the world with two of my friends.

The other day when Marta and I were going to English classes, we round an envelope, and we realized we had 1000 not know what to do not and I said we had to give it to the police station when we got to the station the police asked us where we had found us and we told him about the Street, suddenly someone called asking for an envelope that had lost the police said someone had found and I could go whenever I wanted to pick it up, the man said he would reward people who had found but we told the police he did not want to reward, police thanked us and we we left, we knew we would arrive late for classes.

We can spend it by 50%", but then I saw a man who was searching in the garbage, and I said to my friend "We must give him. He needs it more than us". He looked like as a good idea and we decide to give it to him.
Yesterday, I saw the same man well dressed and it seemed that he was going to work. I felt very well and encouraged for knowing that I chose correctly.

ReplyDeleteLast Sunday , when I woke up I saw that it was a very sunny and pleasant day . So, I decided to call by phone to my friend Elvira in order to see whether she wanted to go with me to take a bike ride around Madrid. As soon as I finished my conversation she told me that she accepted my offer.
ReplyDeleteWe arranged to meet at 10 o´clock at the main entrance of the Retiro park in order to begin our excursion.
After having ridden around 10 kilometers, we stopped at a fountain to drink some water. While Elvira was drinking I noticed that there was a yellow, dirty and closed envelope on the floor. I asked Elvira to take it so as to check what it contained. At first we realized that the name of a person and a telephone number was written on top of it.
She asked me what we could do with it. She didn´t want us to open it and she advised me to leave it on the same place in order to avoid future problems. I tried to persuade her to disclose it and see its content. She refused to accept the suggestion because she considered it a lack of respect.
Finally I convinced her and, after opening it, we became amazed when we saw that there were 1000 euros inside. We agreed immediately that we should return the money to the owner. We telephoned him and after the conversation he gave us his address in order us to send it. A week later we found 50 euros in our mailbox in gratitude.

This morning I was whit Falcon, my dog, in my house. I had to pay 1500€ to Franky, one person who I knew in a casino and I had to pay this much because I spent all my money and more. I need the money to night but I only had 500€. I was desperate and I decided let the dog out for keep calm.
ReplyDeleteWhile I went to with my dog to the park I was remembered again and again that I had to pay the money, I couldn't stop think in that and unexpectedly I found a wallet in the ground, later I discover that the wallet contained 1000€ and obviously I intend search the person who lost it but I didn’t found him and I decided caught the wallet.
When I stayed in my home I told about that to my sister, and she asked me what would I do with the money and later I asked her for advice and she told me that I should to return the wallet to the person who lost it.
Now I decide catch the money and pay to Franky, I feel bad for that but my live are more important.

3 or 4 months ago, I was talking with my friends at the park. It was sunny so we decided to play football. In the half of the match, my friend Miguel hit the ball to far. It went out of the park so Miguel and me went after it. We didn't find the ball but when we was returning, we found a blue small envelope at the park's gate.

He said me that we could buy a lot of things with that money, but I answered him that there was too much money for us. Miguel give the money to the police and they said us that a person was at the waiting room. We went to speak with him and he thanked us and give us 50€ for any inconvenience.
When we saw the other friends, they told us that we was crazy but we was happy for help a person.

Clark and I were on the way home after the school. While we were walking, we were talking about the travel to NY when suddenly we found an envelope. Clark took it and looked inside and... we were surprised, we saw a lot of money, ten bills of one hundred pounds. After that, Clark thought that we had to took it at the police station but... I didn't think the same way. I told him that we need the money for our travel to NY but he told me that was bad. So... as we were undecided we shared the money.

I felt a little bit guilty because I used a money that wasn't mine. The next day, Clark came for me and he asked me what was my final decision and I told him what I had done yesterday. He was getting angry at me. Now at the way to school we hadn't had talked.
And we were near at school, where we found the envelope we found a woman crying with two police looking something. Clark and I looked each other. He asked me what we had to do and I, with a lot of courage, I approched the woman and I gave it back the rest of the money that I had. Clark did the same and we asked sorry. And then, we were talking again.

Much has happened already from that day.. Andrey and I were walking along the street when my foot hit an object. I toke a look and saw an envelope. Andrey and I look each other and he asked me: Hey what do we do with this? I answered him: So, we should take it to the police, this way they will know the one who's the owner... Andrey said: Yes, but beforeopen it to see what it contains. Then we discover that in the envelope were 1000 Euros. We didn't believe it, we had won the lottery¡¡¡ Immediately any idea of delivering it to the police faded away. We divide it for the two, 500 each one and we went away direct to ours respects homes. I was with my friend susan. We were going to my grandmother's house when we saw an envelope on the portal.

-What is that, Mary? – I asked.
-I don’t know, Helen. It looks an envelope. - She answered.
-Oh yes, I’m going to caught it. – I said.
Then, I opened the envelope. What a surprise! It was full of money. A lot of money. I counted it. There were one thousand Euros.

We had an argument a lot of time. Mary phoned to her mother to ask her about this question and she told her to go to the police.

My friend Tommy and I were walking in the street after school last week and suddenly we saw that a strange man hid something inside the litter bin. The man run quickly and we didn’t see him again. We looked at each other and we ran quickly towards the place where he had hidden the packet.

Two days after, we went to play together and everyone asked to us how we got all things. We said that we found them but all of them thought that was a strange situation.
One week later, we saw a woman crying in the street near the litter bin where we found the money. We asked her if she was well and she told us that a burglar stole her handbag with 1000 Euros. She needed the money to buy a fly ticket to Australia because her mother was ill.
We felt bad and we returned all the things that we bought. We knew where she has lived and we introduced the envelope with the money in her mailbox.

Something really strange happened to me last week. I was with my best friend hanging out when we found a group of english students and we decided to follow them. To cut a long story short, one of them lose a little envelope and we saw it, instead of telling them that we had seen it, we picked it up from the ground and looked inside it. We saw that inside it there was a credit card with the pin number written on a post-it and 100€. My friend said that we should give it back to the english visitors but i asked her what if we take the 100€ and give back the credit card. She told me that we shouldn't do that, but we also could buy some clothes with the money.
ReplyDeleteWe decided to do that, so we took the 100€ and gave the envelope with the credit card to the english visitors. After that we went shopping and bought some clothes, including a dress. Next to this we started to feel bad because we were spending others money in ourselves, we had to take a decission and she told me about giving back the items that we had bought to the shops, and I said yes, but after that we should give the money to charity.
We know that we didn't do exactly what we should but we took a good decission after acting bad, so now we feel better.

HELLO? I said. I didn´t hear nothing, just a breathing on the other thelepone line. When the voice asked me if I could go outside my house because he had let a present for me.
I went outside and I saw an envelope, inside it there was 1.000 $. I couldn´t believe. I showed it to my brother,we were nervous, and afraid, we didn´t know what was happening.
My brother asked me who was the men that called me then I told him not to makes me more nervous. I told him that I didn´t recognized the voice.
He asked me if I could call our mum to explain it. But I told him that we must not to do this because she would have been nervous. He accepted and then we didn´t do anything, just wait , wait a new call of this misterious men.

Another day I was walking with my best friend, Laura, after singing in one of our tests, we saw in the street one letter very strangly. We were thinking that to do with, because it was completely closed, and ultimately after discussing half an hour, we open it. We astonish very much because in him there were 1000 Euros. Finaly we decide to remain with the money, but 500 for her and 500 for my. We had the money one week and none of the two we spent it because we were feeling badly. This money was not ours. Several days happened and ultimately call my friend saying that it could not have this money in my house, he was feeling that it was not ours and that it needed to return it. She said the same and united thing to me we went to a police station. On having come there was a very well dressed man waiting in a chair.
ReplyDeleteWe returned the money, and in this moment the policeman said to us: " This money belongs to this gentleman who has sat there, to give it to him to ". Laura and I went to give it to him and the gentleman, very grateful it gave to us an embrace me and said to us: " Thank you for being so good, many people it would have remained, and for this, I am going to buy something for you with this money"
Finaly , this man was one of the most rich of the city . Laura went to a shopping centre and I went to bought one longboard.
Something curious happened to me last week. I was in the street, road to school, suddenly I found a little and estrange box on the floor. I was scared to take it, because I thought that it could be a bomb, or someone´s property, but I decided to pick it up. To cut a long story short, it wasn´t a bomb, it just contained an envelope with two tickets for a Green Day concert. The concert was that night and I didn´t have time to look for his owner or decide what to do, so I took the short way, I just went to talk with my father and told him the situation and asked what to do.
ReplyDeleteMy father told me that I should go to the concert with my cousin because she also loves Green Day and this was just one opportunity in our life, the opportunity was going to a Green Day concert for free. I told him that this wasn´t fair because someone had paid for the concert and now I would go with his tickets. After that, we continued arguing for half an hour, then I decided to ask my cousin to go to the concert and enjoy this opportunity. She told me that it was a great idea.
1 hour later I went to my cousin’s house and took her to the concert, while we were going we found a man who was screaming and crying because he had lost his two tickets. We thought about it and my cousin told me to give the man the tickets because we would be able to go later. I told her not to do that because this man didn´t look good to me and gave me the impression that he was a scammer. So, we decided to enter into the concert and have fun. The following morning I saw on the news that the police arrested a group of scammers close to the stadium in which the concert was. Definitely we did the right thing and we don´t feel guilty about nothing.

when I went to paris three years ago, with my family and my best friend and his family, one day, when i went to the washroom with my friend,I saw in the toilet that I had gone a wallet with 50 euros and a credit card with the pin in a small paper.
ReplyDeleteI ran to told friend and I adviced his that I have keeping the money and the credit card, but the wallet I give his. he begged me that I had to give it to the police. I remind his that i had 50 euros, but he refuse me that that the money is fantastic, he conviced me that we thought always that is more important the person than the money. by this, I went to the police station with he.

The last week I went to the park with my friend Sara when we saw an envelope on the floor. I wasn't daring to take the envelope but my friend told me to take the envelope and see the content. She asked me what was into the envelope, but I didn't know. When we arrived home we opened the envelope and we saw that into the envelope had 1000€.
ReplyDeleteWe decided to keep the money in a bank and shared the money between us. We spoke with another friend and he told us to give the money back.
But we refused the idea we thought that it wouldn't mind if we spent all the money to go shopping because if that person really needed that money, he wouldn't have lost it. So we did it then and we bought lots of amazing things. Nowadays I have never heard anymore about that envelope. And I hadn't got any problem. That was a great experience.

To cut a long story short, I was walking with my friend Jack and I see on the floor an envelope with 1000 euros inside, my friend catch the money quickly and I told he 'what are you doing?, that´s not a good action' but my friend ignored me and put the envelope in his pocket, at that moment I tought the better option was ti keep quiet because I didn´t know who it was the money, so I couldn´t return it and I didn´t want to betray my friend. The next day my friend called me and he told me 'I feel so guilty, this money wasn´t me and I stole it' I wanted to cheer up him and I told he 'Don´t worry, at the evening we will give the money to the police and we will tell them that we found it in the park this morning' after that my friend felt better. In the end the police didn´t find the owner of the money and gave it to us and Jack and I went to met our friends, we told them the story and they told us 'we are proud of you that you have gone to the police to return it'. To finish the day Jack and I with the money of the envelope invited everyone to dinner.

The last Saturday, I was stay at home with Alba, we were going to a party, when we went to the party, in the street had a briefcase with 1000$.
ReplyDeleteWe took the briefcase and went to the party running as if haden´t hapeneed, Alba told me that because we ran and I told her that was because near the party has a thieves that want catch, we went to the party and we asked that we were doing with all much money and finally we considered take it to the police.
Two days after we call the police and told us that haden´t been identified and that we were, when we went to catch, we met to owner and we gave.

ReplyDeleteThe last Saturday was on my deck doing my homework over the weekend when I dropped a glue stick to the ground, then he heard a scream of a woman, had given the glue on the head. My mother told me to come down to the street to pick up the glue and I apologize to the lady. When was the woman sitting down on the floor because the impact of the glue had given a slight dizziness. The lady asked me that glue is yours and if it is mine I'm so sorry I have not done on purpose will keep quiet while doing homework. She told me she had more careful next time because it could hurt someone. When I went up to my house, I miss my mother anger by throwing the glue out of the window and said it was not my fault, he fell alone, an accident can have it any one.

The last summer, I was walking with a friend in the street and we were talking about travelling around the world, but we hadn´t got money enough to go to other places.

We step back and there was an envelope with a lot of money, €1,000! It was incredible, I can´t believe it!
We were really happy but we had to think about what to do with the money… We could go to the police station and give back the money to the owner or we could travel to the places that we want.
It was a really difficult decision but finally we decided to went to the station and give back the money to the owner.
When we did that the owner given us €100 because he thought that it was a really good decision.
We were really happy and we went to eat an ice cream!

Two weeks ago I went to the cinema with my friends, when the movie finished and the light turn on we found one hundred euros in the floor. We thought the money belongs to the man who was next to us.
ReplyDeleteMy friends said me that we should try to find the man and give him the money back . But I complain,the man was all the time talking when we were watching the film and when we asked him to shut up he ignore us and kept doing it. So I decided not to give.
At the end we decided to take the money to the police, the policeman was really friendly and he told us that he would give the money back to the owner

Yesterday I went to the shopping with my friend,we were watching many shops and we bought t-shirt, jeans and shoes. At two p.m. we were too tired and we were walking at home. In the road I saw an envelope than I opened it and I saw 1000€. My friend said me to take that money, but after few times thinking I said my friend: I have to give it to the police and she asked me why and then she insisted me if you took the money you would bought many things.

Last Saturday, I went shopping with Marta, when we entered the costumes from a store, with dresses that were going to prove, when inside the tester, there was a bag with a portfolio inside that held 1,000 €, good heavens! I thought .. with € 1,000 you can do lots of things, if we divide the money, we would have € 500 between Martha and me.
ReplyDeleteAfter spending some time thinking ... had in mind that with that money could buy a lot of clothes, shoes, pretty dresses. But upon reflection we decided that that was not right, that money could be from someone who really needed it and not just a whim and decided to return to the police that the money was not ours.
Days later, the police called us saying he appreciated our work, as the owner of the money had arrived and it turned out that the money was for a good cause.

Last week I felt really lucky. I was in the city center hanging out with my friends, suddenly we found a big and unusual bag. We didn’t know what to do, while we were talking about it, Fran , one of my friends told us to open the bag and watch inside it. Ramon said that he prefered to let the bag on the floor. We were discussing about it for 20 minutes, after that we decided to open the bag. For our surprise inside the bag there were 500.000 €. I asked what to do and they all told me that we should give out the money . I didn’t think that this was a great idea and I told them to carry the bag to a lost property office. They accepted my porpuse but they also wanted some money. Alex said that we could take 1.000€ each one and then take the bag to the office. We all agreed whit his idea so that´s what we did.
