Chuk Taylor thought that that type of shoe was good for basketball. He started wearing them, and they became famous. At 1023, Marquis MIllis Converse designed that shoes with a logo on them, "Chuck Taylor All Star Converse", known as "chuks". Some famous people also had worn that model of Converse. At the moment, they aren't much famous because the company od Converse was bought by Nike at 2003.
