Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to your holiday company for ask some information about the publicity that I saw in the TV this afternoon. In the TV I saw that me and two friends can we go to a spa for one weekend, but in the publicity didn't say where are we going to sleep, and if the rooms are going to be share or separated. Other point that I want to know is if the spa are going to be open all the day or it is going to close? And if the spa will be close are there more activities to do like swiming, go to discoteque,etc. And finally I want know the price of the book. I look forward to hearing from you. Your faithfully. For example I would like to go with some friends but we dont know how are the room, are they for twopeople or for four? because we are four, and if the rooms are for two can be beside rooms? Also I would like to know something about the different activities and the programs, because we would like to participate i funny activities, but also see the area and the different tourist places. If you can give us some information about any atcivity of this type, for example at what time they start and at what time they finish, or also if they are going to be with a monitor or free activities we would be grateful. Dear Sir: I am writing to comunicate that I was searching for a good trip to go with my friends trough the San Juan lake, some days ago when I was searching in my computer I saw your adverstaiment, and I have some questions that I need you to solve me please. My friends and me saw in internet the weather and I saw that it´s to cold it´s true?, would you leave us some blankets?, however I have another question that is if we can do camping there? In reference with the theme about the activities, can you tell me the time that start and finish the activities of each days. Finally I wanted to ask him about the programme of the diferents activities that we will do each days like what is it about?, What we are going to do? Things like that.
